I am sharing my tips for participating in moot courts. Would encourage all to add to these! 

1. Prepare responses to likely questions: Come up with likely questions by considering the weakest parts of your case. Go into the complexities and frame candid responses beforehand. 
   
2. Choose a theme: Decide a theme and build your arguments around it. Doing this will set a greater impact. 
   
3. Research related case laws : This may seem obvious but not many contenders do it correctly. We need to focus on how the case applies to your case and how the facts are similar or different. 
   

Many years ago, a junior partner in a firm was sent to a far-away state to represent a long-term client accused of robbery. After days of trial, the case was won, the client acquitted and released. Excited about his success, the attorney telegraphed the firm: “Justice prevailed.” The senior partner replied in haste: “Appeal immediately.”

  - Adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth by the platform regarding advertising and promotional content.

  - Do not share or distribute copyrighted material without proper authorization.
  - Obtain permission before using or repurposing content created by others.

**8. Moderation and Enforcement:**

  - Repeat offenders may face suspension or termination of their accounts.
  - Users are encouraged to report any violations of the rules to the administrators for review and action.
