I am sharing my tips for participating in moot courts. Would encourage all to add to these!
- Prepare responses to likely questions: Come up with likely questions by considering the weakest parts of your case. Go into the complexities and frame candid responses beforehand.
- Choose a theme: Decide a theme and build your arguments around it. Doing this will set a greater impact.
- Research related case laws : This may seem obvious but not many contenders do it correctly. We need to focus on how the case applies to your case and how the facts are similar or different.
